An industry leader in the design, integration and operation of transportation management systems, Glen has spent his career helping agencies implement innovative transportation solutions. Prior to creating ICX Transportation Group, Glen held executive management roles with industry leading transportation infrastructure and technology firms.

Peter Dwyer, Founder and President
Peter has managed the design and development of numerous highly visible traffic information services, large scale data and video management and distribution systems as well as leading the development of derivative uses of Electronic Toll Collection/RFID technology for traffic management, incident detection and in-vehicle communications.

David Kingery, Principal Scientist
David provides expertise in software engineering, human-computer interaction (HCI), computer-supported collaborative work (CSCW), hypertext/hypermedia, electronic newspapers, digital libraries, information storage and retrieval, geographic information systems (GIS), image processing, real-time systems, and process control systems.

Tom Saul, Principal Systems Engineer
Tom leads our Data Collection and Fusion efforts. Tom has built real-time interfaces to an expansive array of data sources, including public sector traffic systems, GPS and RFID-based data sources, and video and weather systems and data transforms (long form and short form messages, text and voice) for a variety of dissemination channels.

Chris D'Agosto, Senior Technical Specialist
Chris brings a background in hands-on systems design, installation and integration for traffic management and information systems. He leads our systems operations and maintenance activities as well as continuing to provide his unique capabilities in deployment of field systems.

Keith Niiya, Senior Traffic Engineer
Keith brings over twenty years of traffic engineering expertise to the team, assisting our clients with operational analysis and solutions while also serving as a key resource, providing an operational perspective of our software solutions. Keith has been strategically involved in the planning, design, construction and operation of Traffic Signal Systems throughout the State of Hawaii.

Cheryl Wick, Controller
Cheryl has the responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely financial information, including monthly financial statements, cash management, FAR compliance and the calculation of indirect overhead rates and a myriad of other financial and compliance needs. Cheryl has over 25 years of experience and has held similar finance positions at several companies, small and large.

Herb Henryson, General Counsel
Herb handles all legal matters for ICx.He provides a wealth of experience in Corporate Law and M&A activities. Prior to his career in Law, Herb practiced Nuclear Engineering. His technical background, coupled with his legal prowess affords ICx with a unique set of skills as our company forges ahead. Herb holds degrees from University of Chicago (J.D.), University of California (PhD) and Princeton University (B.S).
