ICX provides engineering services for the surface transportation systems including traffic signals, traffic surveillance and detection, communications and access management.
ICX provides design review, construction oversight and inspection services for the traffic and ITS systems, including communications and temporary work zone management systems, as well as facilitating coordination among agencies.
