Shevaun provides critical expertise in public and private sector transportation planning and program management. Over the last twenty years, she has led all strategic intelligent transportation architecture plans in Hawaii.  She currently provides leadership on the freeway service patrol, joint transportation management center and statewide ITS architecture programs.
