- ICX provided the design, installation, integration and cut-over for a fully redundant operational control and surveillance system for 15 miles of I-15 access controlled reversible roadway
- Simulator development that allows full simulation of system operations – used for testing and training
- Operational since 2008
- Upgrade of field control devices and corresponding TMC operational controls – first PLC implementation for Caltrans District 11
